Motor and Drive Designing

We Design all types of electric Motors and Drives exactly to the specifications of our customers. Our performance-proven designs allow manufacturers to build the Electric Motors they really require. We also take care of designing the Electric Drive system for our clients. With the latest design and simulation tools, we design the Motors and Controllers that gives maximum performance and are efficient. We undertake Designing of all types of Electric Motors, Motors for Solar Water Pumps and other Custom Designed Motors for EV segment and various Industries.

Prototyping

Being experts in Designing, Prototyping and Manufacturing of Motors, we are able to produce absolutely “close to production” prototype version Motors and Drives. The Prototype version undergoes various tests before being qualified for the actual Production phase. This helps our clients to save time and cost, thus enabling them to move faster to the Manufacturing phase with the advantage of savings in cost and time. Manufacturing

KMAC-VTEC can custom build Motors and Drives based on clients’ requirements or based on their own Design in small production batches or large batches. Our Quality control team ensures that every Motor that comes out of the production line meets the highest test standards.
